Consultation

Thirty minutes with a dietitian who has read your history first

Bring your reports and what you actually eat. You talk it through with someone who has already looked at both, and work out together what to change first, in the food you already cook.

Is a consultation right for you?

Worth it if

  • Your reports show something (sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, liver) and you want to know what to change in the food you already cook.
  • A doctor has told you to “watch your diet” and nothing more specific.
  • You’ve used the calculator and want someone to fit the numbers around your actual week: work hours, fasts, family meals, eating out.
  • You’re managing diabetes, PCOS or weight, and want changes you can keep up rather than a chart you’ll abandon.

What it isn’t

  • A crash diet, a detox, or a promise of so many kilos by a date.
  • A replacement for your doctor. Dietitians work on food; medicines and doses stay with your doctor.
  • Urgent care. If you feel unwell, contact your doctor or the nearest hospital.

Who you’d speak to

A registered dietitian from our team, matched to what you need help with.

Our dietitian team

Every dietitian’s qualifications and areas of practice are on their profile before you request one. Your notes stay with the dietitian you speak to.

Areas the team covers

  • Critical care nutrition
  • Cardiac nutrition
  • Renal nutrition
  • Diabetes education

How it works

  1. Now

    You send a request

Your name and WhatsApp number, at the bottom of this page. Nothing is booked or charged at this step.

  2. Before

    We arrange it on WhatsApp

We message you to agree a time and ask for your reports and what you usually eat, so the dietitian has read them before you speak.

  3. During

    30 minutes about you

The dietitian goes through your history, asks what a normal week looks like, and works out with you what to change first, in the food you already cook.

  4. After

    The next step is yours

You leave with the changes you agreed. If a longer plan would help, you’ll hear what the options are. You don’t have to take one.

What to bring

Photos on your phone are fine. You’ll be asked for these on WhatsApp first.

  • Your most recent blood reports: HbA1c or fasting sugar, lipid profile, thyroid, liver function, whatever you have.
  • The medicines and supplements you take, with doses.
  • What you ate on two ordinary days, including tea, snacks and anything eaten outside. Rough is fine.
  • Your height and weight, if you know them.
  • The one or two questions you most want answered.

Request a consultation

Leave your number and we’ll message you on WhatsApp to agree a time. There’s no calendar here: a person arranges every consultation.

The consultation is ₹900. Sending this form doesn’t charge you anything. Want to say what it’s about? Tell us in your WhatsApp reply; this form only takes your name and number.

Optional. So the dietitian knows what to call you.

Include your country code, e.g. +44 7700 900123. A 10-digit number is read as Indian.

How we can contact you

Nothing is booked or charged by sending this.

Before you send a request

Is it online or in person?

This page doesn’t book a slot. When we message you on WhatsApp, we agree the format and a time with you before anything is confirmed.

What should I prepare?

Your recent reports, a list of your medicines, and what you ate on two ordinary days. The full list is under “What to bring” above.

What to bring
Do I pay on this page?

No. The form only asks us to get in touch. Nothing is charged by sending it.

Can the dietitian change my medicines?

No. Dietitians work on what you eat. Bring your prescriptions so the advice fits around them, and take questions about doses to your doctor.

What happens to my number?

It’s used to contact you about this request. Nutrition messages are sent only if you tick that box, and you can stop them at any time.

Do I need a consultation, or is a written plan enough?

Often a written plan is enough. A consultation is worth it when your reports, medicines and routine need someone to look at them together.
