Not sure where to start?

Three questions, one suggestion. It recommends a way of working with the team, not a treatment.

2. What kind of help do you want?
3. Do you take medication for it, or have recent test results to discuss?

Answer questions 2 and 3 and a suggestion appears here. Nothing is sent until you choose to request it.

Ways to work together

Start wherever makes sense. A written plan is often enough; sometimes it takes someone looking at your reports and your week properly.

How a consultation works

  1. Now

    You send a request

Your name and WhatsApp number, on the consultation page. Nothing is booked or charged at this step.

  2. Before

    We arrange it on WhatsApp

We message you to agree a time and ask for your reports and what you usually eat, so the dietitian has read them before you speak.

  3. During

    30 minutes about you

The dietitian goes through your history, asks what a normal week looks like, and works out with you what to change first, in the food you already cook.

  4. After

    The next step is yours

You leave with the changes you agreed. If a longer plan would help, you’ll hear what the options are. You don’t have to take one.

If something about your care goes wrong, here’s how to raise it.
